LG V20 to launch with Android 7.0 in September

LG V20 is the successor to the rugged LG V10. According to an earlier rumor V20 will be released in early September. Now LG has officially announced that LG v20 will be released in September. The manufacturer also mentioned that Android 7.0 Nougat will come pre-installed with the LG 20. The LG’s official press release also said that V20 will be a new standard for premium phones and will feature enhanced multimedia capabilities.

The LG V10 features an impressive rugged design with a steel frame and dura-skin back which make the device able to withstand plenty of drops and shocks. We expect LG V20 to feature a similar but improved rugged design. The addition of water resistant will be more welcome and will make this phone truly rugged. Another impressive feature of the LG V10 was a great camera with amazing low-light photography. LG improved it a bit further in LG G5 and we are expecting a much better camera in LG V20.

The processor on LG V10 wasn’t bad but, it wasn’t a processor that we see in a flagship phone, with LG V20 LG will want to change that. We expect a faster and latest Snapdragon 821 or 823 processor with at least 4GB of RAM. After the poor sales of LG G5, LG might want to bring back those unhappy fans with LG V20. LG V10 is my favorite LG phone so far and I am hopeful that LG will do a good job making the V20 awesome.
