This year was pretty harsh far Samsung thanks to all the Note 7 exploding fiasco. Now Samsung is no longer producing new Note 7 units as they still haven’t figured out what is causing the phones exploding. While there are many other competing smartphones with bigger displays, great cameras, and top of the line specs, there is one thing that no other smartphone have, and that is the S Pen. The many Note users may not use an S Pen very often, it offers some amazing productivity features which make your work on the phone easy. While the Note 7 is no longer available for Sale, Samsung has today released a Chromebook that has a stylus A.K.A PEN. Yes, Samsung has the stylus as PEN instead of “S PEN”.

The PEN that comes with the Samsung Chromebook Pro is nearly identical to the S-PEN in design. According to Samsung, the PEN provides for a “true to life”, natural PEN experience. Those who have played with the S-PEN shipped with the Note 7 will have an idea of how accurate the Samsung’s stylus has become.

The Samsung Chromebook Pro looks gorgeous, built from aluminum the Chromebook convertible weighs just 1.08kg.

The Chromebook PRO which is a Laptop/Tablet hybrid comes with a 12.3-inch QHD touchscreen having a 2400 x 1600 resolution. The 3:2 aspect ratio makes up for excellent web browsing and productivity experience but is certainly not ideal for watching videos and movies. The screen can be folded back 360-degrees thanks to the rotating hinges. This allows you to use the Chromebook as a tablet.

Under the hood, the Chromebook Pro is powered by a Hexa-core Rockchip processor with two Cortex-A72 cores and four Cortex-A53 cores along. In the memory department, it has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that is expandable via an SD card and two USB Type-C ports.

As the Chromebook Pro runs on Chrome OS you have got access to the Play Store, which means it can run your favorite Android apps.
